Short-term goals

Syllabus Improvement: I am continuing to revise my course syllabus to incorporate student feedback from previous student polls and to further improve engagement in upcoming semesters. Updates include incorporating more interactive activities and opportunities for students to actively review and apply biological concepts.

Making Learning Fun: I am expanding the use of free, interactive resources and educational games to help students review and practice course material. By integrating these activities into discussion posts and exam reviews, my goal is to make online learning more engaging, and enjoyable.

Recording Lectures: I plan to complete recording all lectures for my online courses to ensure students have accessible, high-quality content. Upon completing this ongoing effort, the lectures will complement the interactive activities and games, providing a balanced approach to asynchronous learning.
